Positively Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

It's October and the 4PR events team staged a 'Positively Pink' evening for client Methven who as a sponsor of the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation wanted to share the spirit and message of 'Pink October' with their valued female clients. The evening presented an information seminar from NZBCF to push home the 'early detection is the best protection' and then in the spirit of women coming together for an evening there was a 'Shades of Pink' fashion show by renowned New Zealand designer and businesswoman, Annah Stretton. The beautiful pink designs were modelled by young talent from Catwalk Studios whilst guests enjoyed pink grapefruit juice and pink Sofia bubbles.

Who would have ever thought that an old quarry could be transformed into an entertainment mecca; complete with water theme park, zoo, mini-Disneyland fun park and huge hotel spilling down the side of the quarry. The flying fox that runs off to the right of this bridge at Sunway Lagoon Resort and Spa, just out of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, whizzes over the giant wave pool depositing you ever nicely in front of a bar – a bottle of Tiger beer is a must after working up such a sweat!"
